Operator details

Operator and contact details will be added before commercial launch. Until then, this page describes the platform data structure and processing areas without publishing placeholder provider data.

Account data

Syntrivos stores user names, email addresses, login credentials, roles, account status, password reset tokens and session data required for secure access.

Company workspace data

Company workspaces may store company names, subdomains, admin users, SMTP settings, locations, materials, schedules, reports and configuration settings.

Worker records

Worker records may include profile data, invitation status, assigned work, schedules, reports, time entries, notes and notification history.

Location and GPS data

When GPS check-in is used, the platform records check-in and check-out coordinates, distance to the assigned location and related timestamps. This data is used for work verification and reporting inside the company workspace.

Emails and notifications

The platform may send account invitations, plan updates, password reset messages and registration confirmations. Push notifications are stored only after a worker grants permission in the PWA.

Storage and access

Data is stored in the system database and is accessible according to the user role. Admins can access company data. Workers can access their own assigned information. The platform owner can access system-level administration areas.

Data rights

A final privacy version will include the contact address and full details for access, correction, deletion and export requests before commercial launch.
