Terms

These terms describe how Syntrivos is intended to be used as a modular business platform for company workspaces, team operations and field workflows.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Platform purpose

Syntrivos provides a digital workspace where companies can manage teams, locations, schedules, tasks, materials, reports, check-ins, email messages and push notifications. The platform is built as a modular system, so additional business modules can be added over time.

Company workspaces and subdomains

Each company uses its own workspace, usually through a subdomain such as company.syntrivos.com. Data inside that workspace belongs to that company account and is separated from other company workspaces.

User roles

The platform supports owner, admin and worker roles. The platform owner manages companies. Company admins manage their own workspace. Workers access only their assigned plans, tasks, check-ins, notifications and profile information.

Operational data

Admins can add workers, locations, materials, tasks and schedules. Workers can receive plans, view assigned work, submit check-in and check-out records and receive updates from the company.

Email and push messages

Syntrivos can send worker invitations, password reset messages, registration confirmations, plan updates and push notifications. Company admins may configure their own SMTP sender. If no custom sender is enabled, the system sender is used.

Company responsibility

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, including worker records, work locations, schedules, tasks, materials, internal notes and any information used for reporting.

Development status

Syntrivos is still being prepared and improved. Features, design, modules and workflows may change before commercial use or before a final public launch.
